Purpose of the treatment

Right of Limitation. It implies the right for the user to request the limitation of the personal data that is the object of the treatment.

Right of Portability. It implies the right to receive personal data in a structured format, of common use, so that they can be transmitted to another data controller.

Right of Opposition. It implies the user's power to oppose the processing of their personal data.

The user will have the right to file a claim with the Spanish Agency for Data Protection if he considers that the rights previously exposed in this Privacy Policy have been violated or if he considers that the processing of his personal data violates Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016 and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of digital rights.
